Cost Includes:        

• Airfares –Return economy Airfares from Sydney to San Francisco, Los Angeles to Honolulu & Honolulu to Sydney (includes airline taxes).
• Accommodation–comfortable 3 star accommodation twin/triple share (own bed).
• Meals-Breakfast will be included with all hotel accommodation. (unless otherwise agreed)
• Ground Transport –Self Drive vans will be used for the duration of the tour while in California. A charter driven coach will be used to/from airports for smoother transition and while in Honolulu.
• Coaching clinics at several NCAA College programs. Visits will include:
  • Tour Basketball Facilities Meet with coaches / staff
  • Watch Practice
  • Coaching / Q &A Clinic after practice
  • High performance structures
  • Strength & Conditioning
  • Research & Development
  • Tour Apparel -Coaches Polo Shirt, Coaches Hoodie, Short sleeve tee, Walk out shorts, Back-pack, Coaches / folder Pad (this is Subject to change)
  • Organisation-All administration and organisation
  • Online Travefy Group Itinerary

  TOUR COSTS EXCLUDE:

• Excess & other baggage costs.
• Meals other than breakfast.
• Items of personal nature (e.g. laundry, phone calls, room service, etc).
• Passport and visa costs (includes Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA’s) for groups traveling to the U.S.) –please check with this office if you require visas for your tour.
• Fuel, Tolls, Parking, Repairs, and all other vehicle related expenses.
• Additional activities, Gratuities, Hotel costs incurred in additional to room, tax & breakfast.

Coronavirus

Dear Parents & Athletes Due to the multiple concerns associated with coronavirus, COVID-19, that you have discussed with us over the last week, we have made the decision to cancel our Pathways tour to the US scheduled for June 6th, 2020. The safety, health and well being of all the athletes associated with our tours are always our first priority. The obvious global issues and concerns associated with the virus pose a major health risk. The Australian Government has advised that international travel overseas at this time should be done with careful consideration. Nobody really knows how quickly or widely coronavirus will spread. We have spoken to the administration and coaching staff at MMA, and while they are disappointed that we cannot tour in June, they fully support and understand why we have made the decision. We have been invited to tour later in the year, September/October, should the coronavirus be resolved. We will contact all parents and athletes should this opportunity eventuate. All deposits will be returned to the relevant athletes by direct online bank transfer to their nominated accounts. Please provide Greg and Steve, Directors, with your details via email. If you have any questions or wish to discuss anything in regard to our decision, please contact us at your convenience. We wish everyone all the best in their future basketball endeavours and are always available to support you. Hopefully, you can tour with us later in the year or 2021 if the global virus situation has been addressed successfully.
